Meal times are an important part of Prefleuri life. It is a moment where we take time to sit together, to savour the food that has been lovingly prepared, and talk about the day. All our meals are carefully prepared on-site by our personal chef, who takes into account the children’s needs, ages, and their activities.
The menu varies with the season, is nutritious, balanced, and locally sourced. A healthy snack is provided mid-morning and after afternoon lessons. Each meal consists of several dishes including an abundance of fresh, seasonal produce.
We provide many opportunities for our students to try new foods and tastes in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
